HH Recruitment are searching for a Office Administrator on behalf of our client. Our client are a leading manufacturing company being established in the UK and abroad for more than 30 years they have an enviable reputation.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for the general day to day running of the office including speaking to clients, and assisting the office Manager.
- Previous experience in a fast paced office or similar environment
- Strong IT Skills is a MUST experience of Microsoft packages - Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Take control and organise the office, including schedules etc
- Highly organised
- Ability to multi task
- Self Motivated
- This role is offered with an immediate start for right people.
Hours will be working from 8am-5pm however during busy periods you may be asked to work slightly later, weekend work is also available if you would like to work them.
